I can only do my art style;

I don't do Gore and themes that violate community guidelines;

I have the right to refuse any order for personal and professional reasons;

Drawings +18 it is necessary to confabulate.

NO REMOVAL OF WATERMARK AND SIGNATURE.

Either Email or DM me on my main social networks: Instagram, Threads, Reddit to discuss your commissions;

After the payment has been settled, I will start sketching your piece and you will be updated throughout the process;

Commissions usually take 1-2 weeks for me to finish, the labor cost is US$7 (R$30) per hour worked on the drawing (No charge for delay time when I was not working on the piece);

You will receive the full-resolution image's after everything has been approuved and paid for;

Commissions are delivered via Google Drive Link or E-mail. Please note that is NO physical product.

I reserve the right to cancel and refund the order at any time for my reasons;

Full/partial refunds are not applicable if ever the client is unsatisfied with the FINISHED PIECE. I will always ask if the client wants to change anything or if they are satisfied.

If the client would like to cancel the order and I haven't started yet, 90% of the full price will be refunded. If I'm in process of sketching it, 40% will be refunded.

If I can't seem to start/finish the commissioned piece due to personal reasons, I'll refund the client in full.

If the client has't sent over the full/partial payment after a week, they or I have the right to cancel the commission.

I accept payments through PayPal and Pix ONLY;

Full and partial payments will be accepted (50% of the amount before the sketch and 50% after the artwork is finished, before delivery of the piece)

Up to 2 Changes/Revisions to the drawing will be free, after that there will be a charge of US$1 (R$5) per revision made;

Minor/Major changes after being sent the finished commission will be charged - unless a misunderstanding from my side has been made.

Have the right to upload the piece on any social platform and/or include the piece in my art portfolio. If you're not comfortable with that, please let me know in advance;

Have the right to blacklist a client if they're caught commiting copyright infrigement with a chance of suing the client;

If you wish to use the work for commercial purposes, we will discuss an commercial charge and an agreement on the copyright & usage.

You can print and use the commissioned piece for personal use.

Claim the rights to their character/s in the piece, not the piece itself.

You can post the commissioned piece on social media, use as a display photo on any platform. Credit is always appreciated!

Commercial use only if the customer has paid the usage fee.
